Hi everyone, I am currently integrating PayPal with my Pabbly subscription service, and I'm facing an issue during the checkout process. Here are the details: Issue: When customers attempt to complete a payment using the PayPal option on Pabbly, they receive the following error message: "Invalid request. See details. (This currency cannot be accepted for this recipient's account.)" Steps Taken: 1. Created a REST API app in the PayPal Developer Dashboard. 2. Entered the `Client ID` and `Secret` in Pabbly's settings. 3. Set up the webhook URL provided by Pabbly and subscribed to necessary events (e.g., Payment completed, Payment refunded). 4. Verified that the API credentials are correct. 5. Ensured the environment is set to Live for production. 6. Re-entered the API credentials in Pabbly and saved the settings again. 7. Cleared browser cache and cookies. 8. Consulted Pabbly support, who advised contacting PayPal. Request for Assistance: Could anyone help me understand why this error is occurring and what steps I need to take to resolve it? Any guidance or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated. Not sure what currency you are trying to use but....

 

1. In India you Paypal does not support the INR currency.

2. Paypal does not support domestic transactions in India. only international ones.

Thank you for your response. Here are some additional details: 1. I am trying to use USD as the currency for transactions, not INR. 2. The transactions I am attempting are international, not domestic. Despite this, I am still encountering the error: "This currency cannot be accepted for this recipient's account" during the PayPal checkout process on Pabbly.
