Using Firefox. Click to print label and no PDF window. Label prints but is about one tenth the usual size and not useable. Called Customer Support and was told it was a "printer issue". Questioned how printer controlled the PDF pop-up but no answer but "printer issue". Two days later: New printer; Same issue.
Maybe someone from Thec Support should check this out? Got an eBay package yesterday. TINY LABEL there too.
