Rest APIs to query my own account

Hi,

Is it possible to use Paypay resp API to query my own account. I don't want / need to query anybody elses.

The idea being I use a transaction IDs etc to look up previous purchases etc.

Plus is there any charge to me to do that?

I am looking for some starting points.
