Problems connecting to PayPal Commerce Platform and accessing Advanced Checkout

Hello, I can't solve my problem for a week. My product is a billing platform on which various merchants issue invoices to their customers.

I need to get access rights to the PayPal Commerce Platform product in order to access Advanced Checkout (Advanced Credit and Debit Card Payments) and create a Platform Partner App, which I need to use the saved payment methods of the customers to automatically pay recurring payments.

Tech support had previously confirmed our need to obtain access rights to the PayPal Commerce Platform. I filled out the form at https://www.paypal.com/us/business/platforms-and-marketplaces more than 5 times, but did not receive any response.

The number of my dissatisfied customers is increasing every day. Perhaps someone faced a similar problem? How can I speed up the resolution of my issue?
