Pop up window closes

Hi all. 

i'm building a site and the last thing im doing is figuring out WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway, 

The pop up window where it would normally let you login and complete a payment doesn't work. 

It opens with the lock and then just closes without showing anything else. has anyone had this issue?
