Hi Everyone,
We have established an integration between Salesforce (CRM) and PayPal. The integration successfully handles PayPal payment successes. However, when a payment fails due to reasons such as insufficient funds or other issues, we want to receive a response from PayPal. To achieve this, we've set up a PayPal webhook. When a failed payment occurs, the webhook redirects to our page, and we can see the payer ID and token in the URL. However, despite receiving these parameters, we're unable to access the webhook event's details. Upon reviewing the webhook event on the PayPal side, it is evident that PayPal is sending the request. Unfortunately, Salesforce is unable to complete the request, and the response indicates an 'http_status' of 501 with a 'reason_phrase' of 'HTTP/1.1 200 Connection established.' in webhook event history inside paypal. We are seeking assistance in resolving this issue. Please note that Salesforce is hosted as a cloud application.
Regards,
Chaithra.
