Missing statements

Why cant i see the rest of my statement. I have payments from middle of April but non upto today?

I request to please upgrade your personal PayPal account to "Business" type and get your "Monthly Statements".

Please refer the guide link to upgrade your account. 

Please  check with PayPal Customer Service via this link (then choose at the bottom one of the contact methods - email or phone). They will be able to assist and provide more details on this topic.

I request to please clear your web browser cache/cookies and follow the below steps via your PayPal account.

Login PayPal.com >> Reports >> Statements >> Monthly >> Click on "Request".

What? I have statements going back years with my personal account... are you telling me I have to upgrade, now, to get statements? I don't believe you!

There aren't any 2020 statements on my PayPal Credit webpage(s)... this is after answering an email telling me the statement is there. So are the statements being quarantined?
