Hello,I am working on a paypal payment system where we need to transfer money from Merchant account to seller account when they request for money. But if no paypal balance is available on Paypal is it possible to using paypal API send money from Bank account ?
For example
I want to send $50 to a person using Paypal API
I dont have enough balance on paypal
Is it possible if nopaypal balance is available then it will automatically send money from bank account to the person using API ?
