Integration with Zoom webinar

Hey,
I'm unable to integrate my Zoom webinar account to PayPal (I want to charge for participating in my webinars).

It suppose to be an easy process - the flow from Zoom takes you to Paypal to confirm the integration and should then be directed back to Zoom. 

When opening the Paypal account nothing happens. 
Where and how can I tell where something is going wrong?
