INSTRUMENT_DECLINED

Hi,

on a Magento 1.9 with Iways_PayPalPlus we have some customers reports that payment is sucessfully proccessed by paypal but redirect to shop does not work, meaning the order is not finally placed in the system. I found some weird messages in the log which may be the cause? I reviewed other topics regarding this message. But I don't understand how to handle this case. Any hints?
