I would suggest to please follow the below steps.

Merchant can create/generate their LIVE REST API credentials(i.e Client ID & Secret Key) via developer portal. If you have implemented REST API integration on your website.

Login to https://developer.paypal.com/  >> My apps & credentials >> toggle "LIVE/SANDBOX" >> create "App" >> fill required details >> you can able to access your LIVE REST API (Client ID & Secret).

Please follow the below steps to access your LIVE NVP/SOAP API credentials(i.e User Name, Password & Signature). If you have implemented NVP/SOAP API integration on your website.

Login to your PayPal account>> click "settings" icon >> Account settings >> Account access >> "API access" >> Manage API credentials.

(Or)

Login PayPal account >> Go to "https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/credentials/apiaccess" >> follow above steps.

Yes, we've done all of these. But it's not working. Can we communicate by email? We can send a screenshot of what error code is displayed.

Please try the detailed steps provided in my previous comments via your PayPal Business account.

If your still facing issue, please create a MTS ticket via - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US  with the detail information and error details.

Can you check. sandbox menü, what I need on live. And second pic live key, but dont work.
