How to get refund for the specific payout item

Case: I did the payout to three vendors using Paypal's Payouts API Integration Which create a `payout_batch_id` having three items(transactions)

Now a product from a single vendor gets returned.

Query: Is there any API through which i can get back the payment from that single vendor without affecting the other two vendor payments?
