In 2018, PayPal has introduced PayPal for Marketplaces, a new product solution as an alternative to Adaptive Payments. With your business model, you can consider Marketplaces as a possible interim solution, and to learn more about the Marketplaces product can refer to the following link:

Unfortunately, we don't have the account access available to approve/enable MarketPlace feature for merchant accounts.
