Convert value in my currency to receiver's currency using the Payouts API

Using the Payouts API, I want to send the value of an amount in my currency, but have the receiver receive it in their currency. For example, how can I send $20 to someone in the UK, and have them receive it in GBP (approximately 16 pound sterling)?

Good day @azsuth,

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

Payouts can be referred to make payments to multiple recipients. The sender should handle the currency details and perform the payouts.

For example: Merchant should pass the currency code as "GBP" and perform the payouts, so that recipient in UK will receive funds in GBP accordingly.

Thanks! Yes I understand that the Merchant should specify the currency. But what I want is, as the Merchant, to specify a value in my currency, and have Paypal automatically convert that to the foreign currency I specify. I as the merchant want to pay someone $20, but have the receiver receive 16.5 GBP.
