Hi,
I am trying to get my API credentials before page loads it requires to send me activation code by SMS and I tried resend several times finally no SMS comes to me and page reloads to "Sorry we couldn't confirm it's you" since then every time I try to load API page that error page comes up and no more sending SMS option.
What should I do? I need those API to test my application plugin.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
