As part of a product offering in training courses via services/subscription I am looking to establish from a web site, I would need to charge some customers for the purchase, likely to be ongoing monthly and pay others (i.e. pay not a refund) for some of the content input done by consultants, can this be done via PayPal?
Courses are not like products sold in stores or on Ebay, am I allowed to run this sort of business and use PayPal for the transactional payments to both the providers (Pay) and the customers (Charge) of the site?
How do you find support in setting up web site to PayPal integration, thanks.
