Blocked Payments Flow - Webhooks

We’re working on implementing the PayPal webhooks for our batch payments flow.

Can you please tell us the webhook that we should be expecting after the PAYMENT.PAYOUTS-ITEM.BLOCKED notification?

Is there a flow chart for how business payments are handled?
