We have successfully integrated as a Partner platform with PayPal and we just need to help our merchant block American Express - so they can only allow visa and Mastercard.
All the documentation on the internet sends us here: https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/preferences/payments
But we can only do this:
They contacted PayPal support and were told that their developers (us) could do it. However there is NO documentation on HOW to do this. Please PayPal - if you are going to tell our clients we can do something, at least provide the docs!
