My paypal cash card says not found so i go to request a new one online and it keeps giving me the old card last 4digits and also gives me the date that i recieved my old card. why can;t i request a new one, i have attempted several times.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
