I received a message from eBay this morning about their new payment management system, and saying I now need to give them my bank account details. After a lengthy conversation with a poorly informed customer service agent, I was told that it was Paypal who decided to stop processing payment for eBay.
According to the eBay agent, it was Paypal who chose to move away from working with eBay. Can anyone tell me why? What exactly is the rationale behind this?
