Customer did Prepaid shipping, i generated the shipping Label but no invoice I needed email or phone number to generate invoice but customer could not provide. Can I go ahead and ship without invoice from my end and still get paid after delivery. Customer claimed to have paid both order and prepaid shipping to PayPal. How can I confirm payment was actually paid before I ship the goods.
