I had purchased a postage slip for a buyer who was buying my product from ebay. I then wasnt able to find the royal mail postage slip in the email or in paypal. As I clicked on Print it didnt show me the correct label that I needed to post my parcel. I then had to buy it from the post office for an addition £4 ontop of the £4 that i paid Paypal.I would like a refund as I didnt use the postage slip from Paypal due to the errors on the paypal website which failed to provide me with a valid postage slip with the postage class name and a royal mail sign. I did submit this to the resolution centre but they clearly didnt read it as they started giving me tips on how to resolve my issue with the buyer but the issue wasnt the buyer it was with Paypal. What do I do?
