When I first signed up for a paypal.me link, I was under the impression that my customers did not need a paypal account in order to use the .me link. However, the last few times that customers have tried to use the link it seems as though they need to create a paypal account. Has the usage changed recently? Do customers now need a paypal account in order to use the .me link?
