I created a paypal key a few weeks ago and successfully used with 1 merchant online. Since then I have tried to use it twice (most recently today) and I keep getting transaction declined at the merchant website.
I checked and I am keying in the right master card # , expiration and codes but still declines. Is there a way to figure out what is wrong here?
You can only make 1 purchase every few days due to the authorization hold. This may only hold true if the purchases are from the same seller/company and I believe its a 3 day period. Kind of stupid considering it pulls directly from your accounts funding.
