Hey so I set up the payment of 4 on my pay pal app. Right after I purchased what I wanted online. 2 payments of the same amount were taken from my account. Now my pay pal app is saying the payments were cancelled and is requesting a payment. What do I do? I’m not paying again when 2 payments have already been taken out. On top of that, can’t get anyone to answer the phone and the message center is a joke
