I've been using Pools to raise money for a charity group since April 2020, but lately some people are not able to contribute. I'm in the UK and it's people from outside the UK that are having problems. They fill in the amount but can't complete the donation process. I'm fed up of fencing a lot of queries so am minded to look for another way to collect donations. Shame, as it was working well at first. I even closed the first Pool and started another in case it was corrupted, but no change.
