I need to find my seller on my last purchase. I need to change my address . I do not live in the address that my package is being sent to. Need help to find my seller and do not have their info. Here is my Transaction number

Have you tried clicking on the actual transaction from your PayPal account using the website version? If you did so and was not able to find their contact info, you can contact us so that we can check what we can do for you.

You can click on that link above and from there, you should be able to choose the Common Issues relevant to your concern. Also, you can click on the Message us/Send us a message on the pop-up advice with regards to the COVID-19 safety precaution so that you can be routed on the common issues page.
