Enable Micropayments for Personal Account

Hello,

I plan to make some low value (1-10EUR) sales on eBay.
I read about micropayment option, which would be very beneficial in my case.

I tried following instructions here: https://www.paypal.com/lt/smarthelp/article/how-can-i-update-my-payment-preferences-for-micropayment...

1. Click the Profile icon beside "Log Out" and select Profile and settings.
2. Click My settings.
3. Click Update in the section of My checkout settings.
4. Select the payment preference you wish to use.
5. Click Update settings.
6. Click Yes to update your settings.

However I could not find these options on my account.

Does anyone know how to enable those if possible?
