Hello, I am trying to make a purchase at best buy. Paypal actually offers this 20% off coupon code "SAVEONSMALLSNOW" shopping at best buy in featured shopping offer. I am having this exact same problem and tried to call PayPal, who told me to call Best Buy. After being transferred FIVE times at Best Buy, they told me there was no such coupon code. Called PayPal again, they told me they couldn't help me. Still have no idea what's going on.

After getting absolutely no help from PayPal Credit (which just sends you to the bank) OR Best Buy, I did a Google search of the code and found this random landing page: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/clp-appliances/small-appliance-co19710/pcmcat1505406811228.c?id=pcmcat1...

Long story short—it's for small appliances only and excludes a lot of major brands like Samsung, LG, iRobot, Hamilton Beach, etc.

PayPal, get your **bleep** together. This coupon code was not specific enough for anyone to be able to figure that out. Also, saying "exclusions may apply" but not listing the exclusions is not helpful.
