i had a paypal trans and never recieved the products co 19 - toilet paper and hand saitizer soap and ect . now the company it gone and the email is deleted. out 56.20. when i made a claim with paypal i dchecked the wrong one as unathourized purchase and paypal wont pay me because it was. how do i change this to not recieved.
