I've tried using the Paypal Key on 3 separate IRS-type sites. The card it's connected with is a Visa and the IRS sites take both Visa and Mastercard. The card I'm using has a $20k limit. I owe $5408. Seems like I should be able to do this. I did it fine last year. And yet, the 3 different IRS paying sites I tried are saying it can't go through. Any ideas what I may be doing wrong? I'm using a Mac/Chrome and also tried it in incognito.
