Samsung pay $5 reward

Hi, I have linked my Samsung pay and my PayPal account and it was supposed to give a $5 reward towards next in store purchase. I have waited 24 hours and it still hasn't shown. anyone else have this issue?

Hello there. Same problem here. And I've been emailing customer service ALL week! Seems like everytime I send an email, I get an automated copy/paste response back instead of someone actually reading and comprehending my issue and resolving it. Is there a number to call to actually speak with someone?

I see the $5 credit in my Paypal account under Wallet. But I don't know how to use it. I already made an in store transaction using my debit card in Paypal. But still the credit is not applied on it.

you have to make a purchase in store within 14 days of linking your paypal account in order to get the $5
