I recently got a paypal prepaid mastercard, went through the process of registering the stuff without issues. I'm trying to put the money from my paypal balance to my card but it wont work, I keep getting the issue "Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction." all of my information is correct (double checked). This is very annoying as when I get the error paypal doesnt even try to help me. Everything works except for this. How do I fix this????
