Where does the money go when someone sends it to you through your email or PayPal.me link? How can you retrieve it? Thanks

It goes to your paypal account balance and you can then 'spend' it from there OR withdraw it to any linked and confirmed bank account or debit card on your paypal account.

There are other withdrawal options as per link.
