Why can't I pull money from my PayPal Debit card on file with PayPal linked to my bank account since with PayPal I have a higher limit on withdrawals or for example if I am trying to make a rental payment for my apartment and have money in my bank account and I would like to be able to access this money with my PayPal Debit card on file and authorize PayPal to get this money from my bank account so I can pay my rent for the month is there any way I can do this so PayPal doesn't have the money but my bank does but I can only pay $350 from my bank Debit card and with PayPal I can pay $10,000 dollars if I need to but I am wanting to pay $1220 dollars. So is the Debit card linked to my bank account in order for me to send my apartment manager the rent that is owed???? Thanks again and hopefully you will understand what I am asking you...
