Hi All

I have a paypal prepaid debit card (mastercard), its lost or stolen, does anyone how I cancel and order a new one?

When I log onto https://www.paypal-prepaid.com/account/activation.m

The only option I have is to activate or register a new card which requires me to have the card in my possession.
