Pay in 4 outage?

Ive been using pay in 4 for awhile with no issues... But the lady 3-4 I keep getting denied when I try to buy something, and the message from paypal saying:

• Our systems are temporarily out of service. Please try again at a later time.

Anyone else having this issue ? Any idea on an ETA when the systems will be back up?
