PPP loan application process

Just went through the beginning part of the loan application process for the PPP program. Message came back that our company is not eligible (not likely since we absolutely fit all the criteria). And the process gave no reasoning. Is there someone to contact to see what went wrong?

My issue was the application system locked up on check eligibility and won't move to the next screen, "Select Loan Terms". Were you able to complete the entire application? Mine kept getting stuck on this screen
