Only provide Services not Goods

I only provide a service not a good.  I go and complete a job then get paid for it.  All of my transactions are on hold because Paypal is saying I provide a good and do shipping.  I do not provide any like this.  How can I get my account fixed?

New seller holds cover goods AND services in other words anything that you are 'selling'.
