I called Vitamix[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]to purchase a Vitamix A-3500. They said that I already have it (??). I paid $630.29 in Jan. 24, 18 for a Vitamix A-3500 (!) I never received it. I've had Vitamix Blenders for 48 years. I am 75 years old. But I never received a Vitamix A 3500, which has a clear top and is black. Never. I've always had vitamixes that are either red or stainless with a black top. I paid by Pay Pal.
