'Money in Excel' Plaid Integration with Paypal Mastercard

I use the 'Money in Excel' Microsoft office template to keep track of spending, and my main credit card is a Paypal Mastercard because of its 2% cash back offer. The problem is that the integration between this template and this credit card seems to omit any 'real-world' usage of the card. The transactions for online purchases show up fine in the imported transaction lists, but any transactions from brick-and-mortar places where the card is physically read do now show up in the transaction list. It could be an issue with Plaid, or an issue with the template, or an issue with Paypal, or Sycnhrony (the bank through which it's all facilitated.) Long story short, it would be nice to actually have the list of transactions imported into the template regardless of whether they were online or real-world transactions. Anyone found any solutions to this?
