Messages to PayPal

[Papercut]

For various reasons my account has been locked. I have tried contacting PayPal via their email message system, but no response. I have now tried to contact them again, the same way, but there is a loop, and they seem to have completely blocked email access also. This is upsetting as I need access to my PayPal funds. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

No that doesn’t work. Every time I click on the link to email PayPal it sends me back to my inbox. It is currently impossible for me to email PayPal, which under the circumstances seems highly suspicious.
