I’m very new to online shopping and all these websites. I’m currently trying to purchase off an American website but they ship to Canada and they offer after pay which someone can split the total of there bill up into so many payment plans. Does PayPal offer this service ?? I apologize in advance I just have no clue on any information about these sites
