The title says it all. I fully intended to purchase something that the website its self said was in stock. Upon going to check out, it said that the item was not in stock. I cancelled the order, and was still charged over 100 dollars for something I haven't even bought. Is there literally any way to resolve this?
I can't afford this, I can't cancel it.

I would like to point out that calling the help line has done absolutely nothing for me. I can't even begin the process to speaking to a human being.
