I ordered 3 products from a company the products are unusable and the sewing is not even done. I sent picture and requested my money back . The company is offering me a 70 % in store credit or a 40% cash back, for products I can NEVER use. What do I do to get all my money back? I am so mad they keep making it sound like this is some how my fault that they didn't sew the products before shipping them. Someone please help me.
