Drivers License will not upload to ppp application

Try to clear your Cache and Cookies, reboot device and attempt it one more time. If still not working, use a different device to upload it. Hope this helps!

I'm having the same exact issue. Keeps uploading and says the file is submitted. However, when I refresh my screen, it gives the option again to submit. Tried many times on different computers, browers, cleared cache, etc.

Having the same problem. Did exactly the same thing as you did. None seems to work.
