Cant see my money

Hi

I have recently been forced to upgrade an account that I administer from a Personal to a Business. Since then, the Money Pool that I had created no longer appeared as a Money Pool (and I have discovered Money Pools are not operational in Business accounts), but I could see the sum on my account. I had multiple online chats with PayPal regarding this change of account status and the visibilty of my money & thought I had resolved the queries I had. However, I have been back to look at the account today and now I see no money at all. I can see all the transactions, but no total sum of money. Where/how can I find this. 

 

I would appreciate any offer of support on this.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. In your chats, what did PayPal say the resolution process was? This link doesn't describe this exact situation, but it's close enough that I'm wondering if it's the same policy.
