Had no success entering coupon code. PayPal has acknowledged the glitch occurred with other customers. I tried but couldn't cancel order. PayPal customer service says yes there was a problem and my case is under review! What review? They should honor my request to receive the $20 credit for my order and confirm it immediately. I feel like I will be ignored. A PayPal customer of 16 years.
