I have ordered an item, through a reputable music store that is not in stock, just yet and have received an invoice for the total amount.
I have paid to 2 payments of $200 using the Pay Pal 'Pay in 4' payment option, off the Total amount owing, on my item
Those first 2 'Pay in 4' Payments went through, no worries and am trying to make a 3rd 'Pay in 4' payment but I keep getting a 'Sorry Pay in 4' isn't available for this purchase' now, even though the 'Pay in 4' still comes up as a payment option when I choose 'Pay Pal' and the transaction page with the 4 divided payments comes up but, then I get the 'Sorry Pay in 4' isn't available for this purchase' message
I have talked to Pay Pal and they are saying there aren't any problems with my account and I should be able to do more 'Pay in 4' payments and I have also talked to the store where I ordered and paid payments on my item and they don't know why I can't use the Pay Pal 'Pay in 4' as ongoing payments on my the balance owing for my item.
I am at a loss but, would appreciate if anyone out there has any knowledge as to what may be happening, as I wanted to keep making payments using Pay Pal 'Pay in 4'
