What happened to PayPal savings account? Or account to put extra money away for hard times ? Did PayPal do away with this feature? I use to have a separate savings account with PayPal, where I could put like 10 or 20 dollars a week into it , save for a rainy day ? Is this not available anymore ,if so how do I get it started again...thanks
